I’m from Belgium (Hainaut), here in primary schools has a half an hour par week for drawing, painting…
Teachers think is not enough, more time for this activity could be an positive impact on childrens health&mind, because this is very importent for them to have a self-expression.

Me, personally, I think every little part of an expression is importent, not only well-known and well-representing people can changing the world… I saw some coo-production in painting and drowing which were absolutely spontaneous, not commanded by comp-programs,which are prefabricated, it’s a fact.

The “touch” in a concret and abstract way is still important for me, for them…
Let children “speaking with their “design” their point of wiev about which they would like, but can not doing …in schools…

It can be a “world” for some children, if they can not, could not speaking otherwise.

Have a nice day or night everybody, everywhere.

I am an Australian Visual Art Teacher , teaching in Saudi Arabia at a girls school for Art .( the first of its kind here.).Previously I taught in China and Australia so consider myself to be an International Citizen with a deep concern for the environment.

My first and second year Diploma students are working on projects of Sustainable Art and environmental art and I wonder if we can make a connection in some way between another school in your project?
I would love to make contact with others working in this area of teaching Art as would my students like to contact other students to discuss ideas and collaborative art projects.
Your replies will be forwarded to me and I will reply to all.
    thank you
    from Susan
